Health & Safety
Health & Safety is of paramount importance to us as both a manufacturer and as a site contractor.
Within our factory, rigorous techniques are used to control our processes and
materials (COSHH). The individual processes are benchmarked for 'best
practice' using tools such as FMEA and process mapping.
All work is planned, managed, supervised and conducted in compliance with
Health & Safety legislation and best practice by trained operatives equipped
with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment. Key personnel have
attended the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health flagship course
in health and safety management.
When on site, we work to pre-agreed 'method statements', the result of a
full risk assessment of all of the possible hazards encountered during loading,
transport and installation. Our risk assessment procedure has been developed
through many years experience and close association with our clients so that
all eventualities are considered.
